Your order/orders from the Horseshoe4u.com are all home-delivered anywhere in mainland UK. For deliveries outside the mainland UK, please e-mail for a quote before you order, and we well be happy to oblige. We may at some point have added delivery to outside UK customers, in which case, please use the check-out proceedure for your postage/shipping quote.

We like to try to deliver anywhere in the world. (or, should we say, we can find someone who can!)We will contact you with your delivery details before the goods leave us. Please note that special orders that require raw materials are difficult to purchase, delivery of your special item may take longer than ususal. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as we know, and keep you posted throughout the process.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) any order made by Horseshoes4u.com to customer specifications cannot be cancelled.

We cannot accept any cancellations or amendments after 7 days, after your product has been dispatched, nor can we accept any product back once it has been delivered to you the customer, unless there is a fault or warranty issue.

By using our Recorded First Class shipping method, our delivery agent undertakes to deliver to the specified address, not to a specified person. If there is no-one present then: the customer agrees that our agent may at its discretion attempt to deliver to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance of the delivery address. If this occurs a customer contact card will be left at the specified delivery address, and the customer agrees that this constitutes delivery to the specified address in the despatch documentation.

If the consignment is undelivered for the reason that there is no-one to take delivery, or no-where else to deliver in the immediate vicinity, it will be the customers responsibility to pay for return delivery charges thereafter.We do not undertake to intercept a consignment in transit before delivery has been attempted.

We shall not be liable in respect of any Consignment delivered to the delivery address or other address specified by the addressee, where any person misrepresents his authority to receive a Consignment on the addressee’s or Customer’s behalf, or where it is being delivered in accordance with instructions from, or purporting to be from the addressee.

On recorded delivery of a Consignment, the agent will request the person who accepts delivery (not necessarily the addressee in person) to sign an acknowledgement receipt, which may include signature by electronic means. Copies of such receipt shall be available for a period of six months from the date of delivery, subject to payment of the charge as then published.
